The Goods-
Goals-
Add 2-3lbs of lean mass
Drop a little bit of BF
Increase strength mainly benching and deadlifts
Notes-
Things I am mainly looking for and taking major not will be the following-
- Libido, to see how much of an increase in both the desire to engage in sexual activity
- Strength, will be eating less carbs with mod fat and high protein, hoping strength increase or at the min maintain
- Mass- Same as with Strength.
- Erections Hoping for harder longer lasting ones! Not having issues with getting one but that hardness doesn't seem to stay the whole time. Wife says its in my head not sure though.
Training Been doing a fullbody workout every other day but will be going to something different-
Back/Biceps
Chest/Triceps
Shoulders/Legs
Off

I am hoping this routine will aide in strength, mass and increase my cardiovascular system. Goal is for lean mass!
Diet - 300g+ of protein, 120g of Fat, 100-400g of carbs(cycling) most of the time they will be low.
Dosing
Doing something different.
Stoked- 2 caps for 60 days
TestoPro-4 caps for 60 days(bought an extra bottle)
Fullbody for til next Monday then I will begin the routine I outlined. Dosing starts tomorrow.

Pushed Day 1 to today, made some changes in my diet the last few days and was trying to get accustomed to it. I am now going to do the IF diet for this log. So dosing will have at 2pm and 10pm.
Unless someone thinks other wise? Does it really matter with or without food?
Anywho I will be cramming about 3500 cals into this 8 hour time frame. The first 2 days were kinda hard hunger wise, kinda tired. But yesterday and today was great. Hard to explain but just felt get and energized all day.
Will report back tonight after hitting the gym.

Day 1-
I will be continuing this fullbody workout plan for the next two weeks then switching depending on it is going.
Barbell Rows- 135lbs x 10, 185lbs x 8, 205lbs x 8, 225lbs x 8
Incline Bench- 135lbs x 10, 185lbs x 8, 205lbs x 8, 225lbs x 5
Pullups- 4 sets for 18 total reps*
Dips- 4 sets for 22 total reps*
Seated Mil Press- 95lbs x 10, 105lbs x 10, 115lbs 8, 135lbs x 6
Barbell Curls- 65lbs x 10, 85lbs x 10, 105lbs x 6, 115lbs x 7
Overhead Ext(cable) 100lbs x 10, 110lbs x 10, 120lbs x 8, 130lbs x 8
Leg Press- 4 sets of 6 plates for 10 reps
Calf Raise- 4 sets of 225lbs til failure
Lunges- 4 sets of length of the floor with 50lb DBs.
Great workout, got alot to improve on and always amazes me how strong my curls are compared to back lifts. Of course I try and focus on the muscles while doing back. Chest and legs are really weak as usual.
This routine is different but like it thus far. One day is like this, one day is for 5x5, another for sets of 12-15 and last will be a Spartacus circuit. Trying to incorporate a little bit of everything in here
* Indicates my goal is to get to doing sets of ten, short goal is 40 total reps per session.
Diet- I am fasting for 16 hours, feeding for 8. Total cals is looking to be closer to 3000 instead of my target so I think I will start with this and build up.
Overall energy during the day and the workout was pretty good, no complaints.

Day 3, Workout #2
Extremely taxing but great workout. Yesterday's workout.
Deadlifts- 5x5 with 315lbs
Clean and Press(from floor) 5x5 with 185lbs
DB One Handed Snatch(from floor) 5x5 with 80lb DB's.
Power Shrugs- 5x10 with 315lbs
Squats- 5x5 with 225lbs(sucked)
My legs got worked today as well did my cardiovascular system. I was happy with the workout even with the crappy squats. They have never been a strong point anyway.
Diet has on point, still feeling pretty good overall.

One week down, let me update the last two workouts. I will be off today and back on tomorrow.
Thurs-
DB Bench- 3x15 with 80lbs
Pulldowns- 3x15 with 130lbs
DB Milt Press- 3x15 with 50lbs
DB Shurgs- 3x15 with 80lbs
DB Curls- 3x15 with 30lbs
Bench Dips- 3x15 with bw
Squats- 3x15 with 135lbs
Calf Raise- 3x15 with 225lbs
Circuit trained. No rest between lifts and 45sec- 1minute rest between circuits.
Yesterday was another circuit but it was the Spartacus circuit.
Week 1 notes-
Recovery has been great.
Libido up slightly
Mood is up slightly
No change in body comp or erection strength
Strength is holding steady
Nothing negative to report, no stomach issues while taking on an empty stomach.

Week 2 started yesterday going back to a normalish diet. IF just isn't cutting it, hard to get in all of my cals that I want to. Also changing my routine up.
Back/Chest-
DB Press- 5x5 with 95lbs
Pulldowns- 5x10 with 90lbs on each side(machine with plates) One arm each, feels great.
Dips- 4x10 with BW- not 10 reps on all sets
Barbell Rows- 2 sets with 135lbs- felt lightheaded(maybe it was the sample of PSU)
Incline Flye SS with Cable Crossovers- 30lbs DB with 50 cables- til failure
Machine Row- 4 sets times 15( thats the number on there. Felt really really light.
Workout was about an hour, started feeling jittery, lightheaded at some points so it slowed the workout but overall it was great.
Notes-
Libido is high
Strength increases
Endurance is up

Sorry for the lack of updates have had a crazy week. Work has been hell and my mother in law who we thought had mini strokes, come to find out she had 2 full blown strokes with some damage done to her brain its not been a good week.
I have hit the gym and will report back monday. But I will update the past 2 workouts and wrap up an update for 2 weeks.
Wed-
Deadlifts- 5x5 with 325lbs
Power Cleans from the floor- 5x5 with 185lbs
DB Snatch- 70lbs 5x5
Squats- 5x5 with 255lbs
Lunges- length of the floor and back with 20lbs
Friday-
Bicep Curls- 5x5 with 115lbs
Rev Grip Bench- 5x5 with 185lbs
DB Curls- 4x12 with 40lbs
Pushdowns- 4x12 with 140lbs
Wrist Curls- 4x12 with 65lbs
Hammer Curls- 4x12 with 40lbs
Rev Curls- 4x12 with 55lbs
Last 3 were trisets.
Notes-
Strength is good, climbing a tad
Endurance is great, hardly any rest between sets
Libido is sky high
Mood is good despite the problems going on
Body Recomp is about the same
Weight over the past two weeks had gone up 13lbs lulz, gotta love carbs. My weight is so up and down, I feel and look fuller but overall look about the same. So to the few reading don't get excited at the weight gain here.

Leg Curls- 4x10 with 120lbs
Great workouts, deads then squats were tuff but felt awesome afterwards. Diet has been really good, a little on carbs this week but still pushing through and feeling great. DOMS is down a bit, last week was bad lol.
Notes-
Strength- Steady in some lifts, a tad higher in some
Comp- Body still looking about the same, feeling fuller though
Endurance- Through the roof, been cold down here but managed to knock out some sprints Sunday and Monday. Then a mile run. Didn't time them, I need too
Libido- High, nice and high
Mood- Is good, still good despite work and still handling last weeks situation

God I suck with logs, come to find this out Between working everyday, going to the gym, dealing with family I manage to overlook my logs. Sorry Nate.
Last week was great! Time to get consistent with this thing.
Gym today- Chest/Triceps
Bench- 5x5 with 245lbs
Incline DB- 4x10 with 80lbs
Flyes- 4x10 with 45lbs
Dips- 4x10 with BW
Rev Grip Bench(smith)- 4x10 with 185lbs
Ext- 4x10 with 105lbs
Pushdowns- 3x15 with 140lbs
Nice workout, impressed that my triceps and shoulders held up. Not use to doing so much for triceps in one day.
Notes-
Libido is through the roof. I feel 18 all over again.
Strength is up
Endurance is through the roof. 20-30 rest periods
Recovery is great, I feel ready to go the very next day, DOMS is down to nothing
Mood is up still, feeling great despite working every single day!
Body comp is the same but weight is at 238lbs. So some muscle memory, glycogen storage is going on because I started off at 223lbs. Not knocking the products but I know its not from them.
