    Why can't i build muscle?

I'm 14, almost 15 and i just cannot gain muscle. I've been lifting for a few months now, and i try to eat whenever i have the chance. I have some sleeping problems sometimes due to stress, but i mostly get around 8 hours. My arms still feel absolutely tiny. My biceps are only almost 12 inches flexed, and i can't even train my forearms because my wrists start hurting like ****. Since we have a bench press bench and a ton of weights, and a leg curl machine at home, i've been using those. When i get stronger, i'll move on to a gym. My routine is as such:

    Day1 : Cardio
    Day2 : Biceps/triceps (barbell curl, 10-12 reps, 8 sets/narrow grip bench press, 8-12 reps, 7-8 sets)
    Day3 : Chest (bench press, 8-10 reps, 7-8 sets)
    Day4 : Cardio
    Day5 : Legs/Shoulders (leg curls, 10-14 reps, 8 sets/barbell shoulder press, 8-12 reps, 8 sets.)
    Day6 : Break

I also play heavy metal on the drums almost everyday for like 45 minutes, about 5 hours after lifting, which is pretty heavy cardio, depends on the song. I usually play fast paced songs.

I can't make gains, i mean i know i shouldn't expect it to happen overnight, but damn i should see at least some results by now. The weights i use are such that i can barely get the set amount of reps with. I also can't really lose body fat for some reason. I'm not making ANY progress. I desperately need help.

I'm obviously not an expert, but I'd guess you aren't eating enough.
Also your routine looks pretty awful.

    Are you tracking your weight?

You're only 14, on a bad routine and likely not eating enough...

Eat more and get on a proven routine, give it time; muscle needs time to grow (and so do you).

Once you have done that select a proven beginner routine, these are made to give the best results, some good routines would be-

    Starting Strength - http://startingstrength.com/

    BabyLover's Starting Strength - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=135564721

    AllPro's Beginner Routine - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=4195843

    StrongLifts 5x5 - http://stronglifts.com/5x5/

    IceCream Fitness 5x5 - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=148036063

    Fierce 5 - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=159678631

    Coolcicada's Push/Pull/Legs - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=149807833

Read into those and pick the one you like best.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
    1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
