2 day a week lifting routine?

Hi guys, hope everyone is having a good weekend. I am need of a new work out routine for a about 6 to 8 weeks. I am going to be going away for training and will only have saturdays/sundays to lift. Training will be monday through friday all day. Ill also be living in a hotel room during this time aswell. Here is what im looking to do. I want to lift hard on sat and sun, and take the mon thorugh fri to rest and eat. I will have 0 time during the week to lift and will only be working on studying and eating. I may be able to sneak a pullup workout in my room mid week, but other then that ill be extremely busy between eating/ studying. I have packed on a decent amount of muscle on my frame in the last few years do not want to loose it. Im sitting at about 5'9 200lbs and and 13%. Can anyone suggest a good 2 day routine to keep building muscle and size? I have been doing 4/5 spilts for years, so i'm thinking this could actually be good to switch it up again. Thanks for any help or advice.

BB.Coms SuperSite section offers many workouts. Here's 38, Two-Days per week workouts: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/work...ys&checked=YES I'd be surprised if any of them are designed for 2 consecutive days per week, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

Working under those limitations, just do a simple Sat-Upper, Sun-Lower split.

I doubt if you will lose any significant muscle you have gained from years of training by missing one week of training. I have missed a month of working out with no impact. The break may recharge your body for better work outs when you return.
How can you visualize training a muscle if you don't know its structure?

Another variation would be push one day, pull the next day.

I've tried every variation over the past 5 years and for some reason I stick with 2x a week full body (Monday and Thursday). But if I had only time for 2 consecutive days, I'd either to upper/lower or push/pull.
