    How does a Keto diet work?

    Can you eat much as you like but have no carbs and you will lose weight? That sounds pretty cool if thats true

    Here is another question related to Keto diet instead of making a new thread. Is the Keto diet a scientifically proven diet, I googled explanations of it and they all seem to explain it really well about how it functions. I think combined with a caloric deficit it will be a real fast fat burner, I am going to test it out.

    Is what proven exactly? That a calorie deficit causes fat loss - absolutely yes.

    Do it without a calorie deficit and see how good it is...

    Given the same calories of a KETO and carb inclusive diet there will be no difference in fatloss. You tap into stored fat when in a deficit of calories regardless of macro split
