Ok, I am 2 weeks out from my first npc bikini competition in 9 years!! Here is the problem. My weight and fat loss has been minimal the past 6 weeks. Last week I was at 14%. I’m 5’8” and I weigh 160. My numbers are ridiculous I know. My coach just keeps saying do what you’re doing only better. I sttength train 6 days a week, 90 minutes of cardio 7 days a week and sprints 3 days a week. I should be dropping like crazy because I stick to my meal plan like crazy. So, since I’m not I did some figuring. I don’t ever eat over 1000 calories a day on my meal plan. I haven’t eaten over that for a very long time. Somedays are around 800 calories. Had my body gone into starvation mode?? What can I do!?!?

You're going to need to post up more info. Firstly, do you have a progress pic of you at 2 weeks out? You probably aren't 14% bodyfat being 5'8" 160lbs for your first competition in 9 years. Not to mention your plan, everything about it, is ridiculous. 90 minutes of cardio 7 days a week? No. Strength train 6 days per week? No. 1000 calories a day? No.
Your trainer, if this is what he or she recommended, is doing you a disservice and should be fired.Psych & handcuffs

I'm with the others, your numbers don't jive, any of them.
5'8" and 160 and 14% are not bikini numbers.
1000 calories a day a not losing weight? Another number that doesn't make sense.
And no, at 160 lbs you're not in "starvation mode".All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

Perhaps chalk it up to education? I'm sure you made some progress and learned something along the way. Most folks aren't wildly successful instantly. It take time, and often making some mistakes.
You may believe that. However there are clearly significant problems with your tracking methods or your expectations of what "a long time" really is. Why not use this time to revisit what you are doing and look for problems? Stay optimistic about long term progress OP.The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl
