    no gains in 3 weeks using whey protein

    what am i doin wrong? I was eating whey protein 4 times a week around 100grams in one day.Is it coz i m not eating 7 days? or am i eating a low amount?

But speaking of the gym, lift heavy, lift hard, lift often. 4 day split would probably be best for you. For most exercises since you're a beginner i would stick with the 8-10 rep range. That's a good range for hyterprophy. Oh, and the go eat some more. So, are you eating yet? No? Well go eat.

    Train hard. If your sitting on the couch watching tv drinking protein shake after protein shake, you aren't gonna see gains, protein shakes aren't a magic potion. Train hard and sleep long are very important .

    It's all been said already but try real food (and lots of it) combined with heavy compound lifting and you will grow but don't expect major changes over a 3 week period, look to the longer term.

    Try getting your protien from real food. Supplements are for inbetwen meals to reach the daily recommended does of protien not the main source.
