Went to chiropractor the other day and he asked me if I ever noticed my one calf was way bigger than the other? I never noticed, but found a picture from 1993 and they were like that back then. Do I do extra calf raises with my right leg, or not worry about it?
One was 68cm and one was 60 cm or something like that, when he measured.

I really wouldnt worry about it that much, I dont think any of us is perfectly symetrical..... its most likely genetic and something that would be hard to out train. You've got to this point in your life without even realising it, so its not really that big a deal in the greater scheme of things.
For me my left trap is far bigger than my right trap, I dont know why, it seems my Chiro and myself are the only ones that notice it....so I dont sweat it...its just how I'm put together.

You might want to do some single calf strength tests on each one. If the right is also signifigantly weaker as well as smaller, you could consider doing extra work for that side, because strength imbalances could POSSIBLY lead to injuries over time.
If it's only a size issue and it doesn't particularly bother you, then don't worry about it. None of us are perfect.Sheriff John Brown always hated me

Hello
My girlfriend noticed that I have a big difference in the size of my calves also, enough for me to mention it to my Dr. six weeks ago. He told me that was a sign of back problems, which I have plenty. My chiro didn't seem concerned one way or the other...go figure
Bugs the hell outta me
Regards
Frank
