After making a thread a bit ago, I got a lot of comments and builds that were helpful, and I talked to some people that I knew IRL that had some suggestions, and this is what I came up with:
It's a bit pricey, and I feel it might be more than what I need, lol. I'm here to see what can be fixed to drop it.
I want my computer to not be crap within the next 3-4 years, even though usually they are, and I'd like it to run pretty much any game on high settings without problems (WoW, SC2, any PC game really).
Originally I was going to use 2 GTX 460s, an i5 processor, and 4 gigs of ram, but I figured a single 470 and an i7 would be better.

Get an i7 920 and OC it, i7 920 has potential to go much further than a 950.
I have a 950 btw.
Crossfire two ATI cards for cheap power. There is not much difference between an nVidia card and ATI besides physx and a few other benefits. Personally it wasn't worth the price difference.IREPB(800+)

I was thinking about that, this was going to be one of my questions actually. Only problem is, I've never burned an ISO and all that, I'm sure it's easy as hell, I just don't know how to go about doing all of that.
I'm more of an Intel guy due to me only ever using Intel products. I know nothing of ATI products. Isn't there a compatibility problem if you mix and match intel/ati?
By cheap cards, what exactly do you mean? I don't want to gimp my graphics so I can't play high settings flawlessly on pretty much any current game.
See above.
I'll check it out, any links to make it a bit quicker?

What? You can buy games from www.steampowered.com legally, and there are weekly sales, and EPIC sales during Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Psh plz dont turn this into a console vs pc thread.. Im a pc gamer but the whole "Id rather torrent games" bs doesnt work.. To play multiplayer games LEGITLY you still need to buy those 60$ games to get keys.. If all you play is single player games then you are retarded for limiting yourself
