Is it possible to work your pecs without any or minimal delt involvement?
I have an injury in my front right delt that is KILLING me, and I need to rehab it back to health, but I suspect it will take AT LEAST a month...
I did flat bench BB today and on my 4th set, after a long warm up or 15 mins, cardio, stretches, everything in the book, I start getting that extreme aching stinging pain in my front delt.
The only exercise I found is the Pec Deck, which for me, doesn't involve any front delt at all which makes me happy for now.
Anyone got anything else to help? maybe a variation of something?
I will have to spend my time on "Chest" day doing rehab for my front delts and baby it for awhile =/
