Prepearing for football next year
Ok im 5'3 weight in about 109 i wanna tryout for football next year, i wana some triaing i must do to meet the requires, i want to gain 45-50 ponds and 2-4 feet
what must i eat, what workouts i should do and what to eat everynight
if u can put step bye step i would appreciate it thanks
