So I have been craving some Chinese like no other. I was talking with one of the guys at the gym yesterday, who also happens to be a trainer, and he said he prefers the orange chicken with white rice when he goes. Ive heard these meals are great post workout meals from others, and even him. I realize you would want to get white rice over fried rice. Now my question is, is Orange Chicken meal that much better than General Tso's? I used to always gets General Tso's when I went.
I realize these portions are probably anywhere between 500-1000 calories worth, Im just wondering if there is a big difference between the Orange and General Tso's chicken?

What about Moo Goo Gai Pan? veggies, chicken, not a very salty sauce?
Beef and Brocolli? yeah theres salt but better than fried...
moo shi X: meat, cabbage, fin leetle pancakes (I WONT SAY THE WORD CREPES)
sa sha X(sp?): spicy sauce, veggies
mongolian
There are a lot of non fried options, but then the salt might kill ya. Moo Goo Gai Pan would probably be safest1/5/15: 221.6 1/8/15: 219.4

Eat whatever you want, just fit it into your macro and caloric daily intake. I do suggest eating 'clean' though, but if you're craving and you can't control it, I would rather have you be strategic and fit into your macro and caloric intake than binge and feel guilty later.

Chicken Lo Mein is pretty good, but high is sodium and carbs though.
You jagaloons! You're failures! FAILURES!
Hey, you're embarrassing yourself, you geriatric ****!
