No actually, there isn't any synthol. I think you just can't understand how freaky Ruhl really was. Perhaps you should watch his dvds in which he trained his rear delts with over 45 kg (bent over lateral raise).Originally Posted by xStevenx

lol at the OMGGGG ruhl used synthol..maybe he did maybe he didnt..fact is, his fn shoulders are massive and he lifts unreal weight with them and they are shredded and have striations in them..unlike flex's rear delts..
