    Guyz 140-150 lbs. What are your bulk calories and maintenance?

    I just wanna know to determine if I'm eating enough. I'm bulking at about 2100 calories at 130 lb bw.

    its all individual. just up your calories by 500 for a couple weeks and see wht happens. you might be able to bulk on 2500. or you might need 3500. but yeah, i started at 120. its all in the food.

    in my opinion your under. aim for AT LEAST 4k. when i was as small as you I needed about 5k on workout days.

    but srsly, take it slow. add you calories intake slowly. If you jump up to 3k-4k right away, your body and mind will not be able to take it. but give it a few months to jump up to 3k-4k a day.

    I'm sick of these threads popping up from ecto's all the time.

    If you are an ecto, you need to pound in the calories way past your maintenance limit. Eat until you can't eat anymore, just don't eat raman noodles and whole chicken's like that dip**** dreamer bulk and you'll be fine.

    Inb4 all the clowns telling you to eat clean but just up the calories.
