Question Legs shaking after leg workout?

After im done with squats/leg press/etc aside from that jelly legs feeling, both of my legs were shaking without me trying, does this happen to anyone else?

the other day i finished my leg routine and then decided to do lat pulldown's and when i put both of my legs under that leg support so you'll stay on the seat, my legs kept shaking making the leg support thing go crazy LOL

    any experiences?

Pretty sure everyone experiences this after a leg workout.

I have a hard time standing after squats, feel like I have to sit down and never get back up. Like walking with someone sitting on my shoulders and saying "Muushhh"

When I first started lifting, shortly after I was done my arms would start shaking, mostly around the shoulder/biecps area, and last about 20-30 min. After a few workouts it stopped happening, and I never figured out why, except thinking it might be muscle exhaustion or some kind of nerve tremors triggered by all the contractions of the lift. I thought it was kind of funny, actually, all that shaking going on.

    Sound like your experience?

if i don't puke or pass out from my leg workouts then I'm happy, shaky legs should be expected. I don't know how many times I've come home from my leg day and almost bit it hard falling down the steps from my legs giving out, thankfully I've always caught myself haha

Yep. I think it's just your body's CNS response to the heavy lifting you've just put it through. I would carry on and take it as a sign that you are indeed stressing your muscles.

i've puked once (from a chest workout), and passed out once (from a leg workout). i generally can tell when its coming on and stop and take a breather before it gets too bad.

Shaky legs after leg workout = feels good man.

You know you worked 'em hard. Last week I literally could not stand because my quads would not support my body weight after squats, lunges, and leg extensions.
