i dont think anyone can answer that question for you in terms of how much of the weight you lost was muscle. lifting weights helps limit muscle loss whilst cutting.

I would think it would be pretty hard to lose that much muscle in a week. Most likely it was water weight.
The reason people say 1lb fat a week is it's hard to lose more than that without losing muscle as well. But even still, it is hard to know 100% in just 1 weeks time if it is water weight, muscle, fat, etc. If you keep losing weight at that rate after the second week, tweak your diet. If this is your first week, then don't be alarmed!

You can actually lose 1lb of muscle on less of a deficit than 1lbs of fat.. Reson being that
1lbs muscle = 1750kCal; whereas
1lbs fat = 3500kCal
Trick is to lift heavy and keep protein intake high while on a calorie deficit. This will force the body to retain muscle in order to keep up with the heavy lifting while also having to adhere to the laws of thermodynamics (aka shedding weight when on a calorie deficit).
