Sooo much e-stats and big numbers in the thread. You guys really think 15 year olds who have never touched a weight can max 135? And some of you 15 year olds saying you bench 205.. 185 etc etc hardly look like you lift.. I don't believe.
I maybe could have benched 75lbs at 15. But I was also only 70lbs or so.

So true man. And even if they can "do it" it's half reps or **** form. There's these guys who come to the gym twice a week and bench. They do 300 and go literally an inch down. Gets on rep by himself, then his boy curls the bar on the second one inch rep.
He then proceeds to get off the bench and mean mug everyone in the gym like he is some sort of fitness God bad ass.

answer- everyone 15 yr is different and some hit there adult size before others
we all know that 6'9 300lb kid who probably could squash you probably does a bigger bench
but really if your 15 you should be 100-160 for average depends on size really
and really technique is everything i see people with legs on bench and swinging the bar in the air not controling it
I bench roughly 150ish 8reps 2 sets raw no spotter on the bench by myself(im 15 so proud )
and alot guys i ask who are round my age say the same football players and big dudes who should be lifting alot more(as guys my size who dont lift can barely do 100)
