Morning: 3-4 whole eggs (15-25 g protein)
Before workout a protein shake (whey): 22g protein, 7g carbonhyrdates(2,5g is sugar), 3g fat (2g saturate) 1g fiber, 150 kcal
During workout: BCCA 10 g
After workout a protein shake (whey): 44 g protein, 14g carbonhyrdates(5g is sugar), 6g fat(4g saturated), 2g fiber, 300 kcal
Dinner: Meat with green sallad
Later at night: Quark: 30g protein, 9,25g carbonhyrdates(all of it is sugar), 12,9g fat(9g saturated), 250 kcal
Before sleep: Casein protein: 21,7 g protein, 1,3 g carbonhyrdates, 0,4 g fat, 100 kcal
I also eat everyday 3 g fish oil.
Summary:
Total protein: 190-220 g
Total carbs: 46-52 g
Total fats: 95 g
Im a student so I do not have alot of money, this is the best economic way for me to get alot of protein.
Will this diet get me into ketosis?

I doubt it. You realize your fats are only 44% of the total calories. You need to be at 60% minimum. I think this is a high protein diet. You should be aware proteins can be metabolizee to glucose by the the process of gluconeogenesis.
How can you visualize training a muscle if you don't know its structure?
