    I need a wake up call ....
    I,m here so I got it ......
    Me x my hubby got married this May x really since then we have given the gym a miss x drunk beer x ate crisps...... We met at the gym x both love training x bodybuilding but needed that lets chill a bit few months ..... X my god can I tell.. Tez has kept his shape ,he has a manual job which helps... But me !!! Well that's a different matter... I feel fluffy to say the least .... My belly giggles.. My thighs giggle x most defo hav a JLo bum at the mo....
    So today it's back at it ..
    I,m on day off work so house duties are done.. Dogs are walked.. Eaten clean breakfast.. Poppin out to see a friend this morning .. Then me x hubby will hit the gym for Day One of Kris Gethins 4 week challenge..
    Wish me luck ... I will keep u posted .... ( Tez is bulking, I,m hopin to gain a bit but loose the giggle ...)

    Well what a workout
    First day leg day aweeeeeeeeeee
    50,40,30,20,10,10,20,30,40,50 reps on leg press( weight range 180ib-50lb x back up )
    40,30,20,10,10,10,10,20,30,40 reps calve raises on leg press
    What a killer
    We both came out of gym feeling good but I know I will be sore tmow..... :-)
    Feel good..eaten clean....good dog walk both AM x PM for cardio...
    Happy .......
