I have been bulking for a while and because I have cut out cardio, due to vast amounts of classwork. I haven't skimped out on lifting and my diet is clean for the most part. Anyways, these events have caused me to gain a lot more fat than I expected. Therefore, as my classes are lighting up and I am going to have winter break I was thinking to start doing 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week, during my bulking phase. What my questions is do you think doing this much cardio will hurt my gains? yes or no or any suggestions will be helpful thanks!
:O I forgot to put in I am at 19% body fat I would like keep it at 13%-15% so it is easier to cut down in the end.

I'm about to start my bulk and plan on still doing cardio. Big thing that'll have to change is your dietary intake. As long as you make sure you eat enough to cover your calorie expenditure you should be fine. My plan is just to eat and use the cardio to keep my weekly calorie surplus in the 500-1000 range (ie overeat a bit and then correct with cardio).
