    Creatine or BCAA?

Currently on a cut, and ive just upped my weights. Really starting to feel the pain the next day now (which means its working i guess haha).

Anyways i've heard mixed things about both of these products, but im looking at which one to pick up for muscle recovery.

Well at the min funds are a little short. Just had to pick up some whey which was £25. Then 500g of both creatine and BCAA is £28. So at the minute its going to have to be either one or the other
