He doesn't look so good, and it's not just his condition. His triceps aren't big enough to match his biceps, and the muscle belly doesn't swell out properly (all their mass is bunched up against his delts). His quads are a similar story. Just a really bad genetic shape.
I know the man has a lot of fans on this forum, but Palumboism is well and truly kicking his ass now, and, truthfully he was never such an awesome bodybuilder to begin with.We're dodging more ninjitsu attacks than Flex Wheeler.
