Completely.

It means your body has become more efficient in using fat as a fuel source. Kinda like filling your gas tank up past full because u have an abundance of cash vs. Putting $5 in to get you to payday because you figured out ur car's mileage per dollar lol.

Yeah from what I know the more trace the level the better. It just means you're hydrated and your body is using the ketones efficiently. I guess a lot of people that have been doing keto for a long time get negative results on sticks when they are in keto, because their bodies don't want to waste away their energy source (the ketones) by pissing them out.

Like the others have said, it is fine. Keto sticks don't show anything for me even when I'm in the deepest keto - mainly because I drink soooo much water that it dilutes the number of ketones my urine. As long as you're getting results and you "feel" like you're in keto, you should be just fine.
