    main source of dieting for me was atkins when i first started, and more recently keto i luv no carbing its very easy for me to stick to and great way to maintain str and size gaining muscle/losing fat isnt hard and i would say most of my gains are from a high protein diet like those

    thanks guys means alot to me im not sure of my bf atm i got a thread of post you pics also trying to figure it out, id say im near 15-17 range coming from who knows wut the hell i was in first pic that was me at 240 with almost no muscle(just started lifting)

    Sorry, but that 12 pound weight gain should have taken you about 3 months...not 3-4 weeks....

    You're putting on a lot of unnecessary fat...probably about 2 pounds of muscle and 10 pounds of fat so far....
