Has anyone tried the Brent Vlcek Navy Seal Workout??

Has anyone ever done this workout from begining to end? What difference has it made on your strength and endurance? I know its meant for physical results more than visual results but anyone have any before and after pics of strictly doing this workout? What was the experience like? Hows your strength and endurance now compared to what it was before? And finally....was it worth it?

im thinking about doing it, some insight on it if u got it plz. thx

I did it back at the beginning of my junior year in high school. My cardio endurance went up like crazy, as well as muscle endurance.

My strength gains, however, were minimal. (When I say strength I mean my 1-5 rep max)

I did it, however after 9 weeks I started over and did it again with 30lbs in a backpack to make it more difficult... I went from 168 to 147lbs.

Good starter program for someone looking to lose some weight/get "in shape" if you don't have access to a gym.
