..............tapping my feet waiting.........................She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

recap!!!
2011 INBF Wisconsin State Bodybuilding Championships - WNBF Pro qualifier
Let me start off first by saying this week did NOT go as planned. Doing a show last week, Eric had be front end load carbs starting at 500. Purty darned high. We did come in dry, but didn't have that fullness we were looking for. There are two options at that point, play it safe, lower carbs a bit and moderately back end load carbs into the show, or front end load em again, get some spill over toward the middle of the week and allow just enough time for the subcutaneous water to clean up so you don't come in looking soft. Well, being the crazy ass that Eric is, he opted for option B.
Middle of the week, I was spilled, watery, felt awful and not happy with how I looked. I was angry. This is it... last show of my season and it's all F-ed. I looked great a week and a half ago! Don't get me wrong, I looked FULL. I mean the fullest I have. But where the heck are my abs?! My obliques?! . Well, this is why I wasn't posting on here. I was pretty much devistated. I did the show anyway...
prejudging & weigh in
Poly went fine the night before. No freaky Billy this time lol. So that was a plus. Hit the sack and hoped to wake up drier.
Weighed in in the morning. 162 even! Going to be a lightweight. Never thought I'd say that! Sweet!
Prejuding was right on schedule! We ended up doing a bunch of circuit training through the week, kept sodium high and kept PUMPING the water. Ok, ok Eric you were right, this film started to clear itself out . In between every meal I pumped like crazy. We upped my sodium with each meal and the vascularity was way better than last week. So went out for prejudging, and they didn't move anyone around in any class, but WOW did they work us. Front relaxed for about 3 minutes at the end. 9 in my class. I felt good. When I came off stage people kept coming up to me "DUDE. your legs are ridiculous! How much can you squat." They thought I was lying when i said I'd be lucky to put up 275 for a single right now lol. But went out to eat with the folks, my gf, my bro and his wife. Watched everyone eat a burger while my gf and I had homemade sub sandwiches . Onto the night show
Here it is... all this coming down to this one moment
Let me start by saying that I apologized to my brother and wife for seeing me for the first time not looking my best... I was upset. They didn't seem to mind though. They were just happy to be there...
So the night show rolls around. I'm up. Open Lightweight division. I go out, do my routine (on the fly I might add), and got the crowd into it. Slapped my ass, pointed to my glutes, winked at the judges lol. It was FUNNNN. But they call out top 5. Sweet! I made top 5 in and INBF show at a pro Q. Definitely happy. They call out 5th place. Not me. Sweet, I'm thinking, "Ok, top 4, I'm happy." 4th place... not me. Wow! Top 3 baby! I got a 3rd . Wait a second, they called 3rd and it wasn't me! OK 2nd!! THIS IS AWESOME... 2nd place goes to, number 54. Wait a second... I'm not 54. And your 2011 INBF Wisconsin state Open Lightweight champion is BILLY RYAN!!!! My God, I can't believe it!!! I am on cloud 9.
Went out for the overall against some huge guys. Had fun, but the HW guy earned his pro card. ALL the guys in the overall had atleast 8-15 years on me. They looked phenomenal. I had a blast though and can't thank 3DMJ enough. ERIC I am sorry for not believing in your method of the double front load. It worked out! I love you guys (kind of homo) and could not have done it without all of your help and support. If I were in Cali right now, I would kiss you and make Barb jealous .
Thank you EVERYONE who followed my journey. You have no idea how much it means to me.*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

Hell f*cking yeah Billy! That write up was just so awesome I can't even wrap my head around it yet! Excellent dramatic build up all leading to the epic crescendo! Maybe you should start writing your own fantasy novels...
Seriously man, you killed this prep and you absolutely deserve the win. You are now a champion in the INBF. That is a serious accomplishment and something to be very proud of, brother!
