    Is masterbating bad for the gym?

    please PERSONS WHO REALLY KNOW just answer, i dont want any smart answers from people that know nothing....
    i just want to know if masturbating before or after going to the gym affects building muscles in the bulking phase.
    i have read that people say YES its bad because you'll be relaxed and so.. but actually when i masturbate is still lift the same weights without any kind of effect and without being tired at all

    IMO, the only things that may be of effect with fapping before lifting (within the hour or so) is the loss of energy levels. As long as you have somewhat of a reputable pre-workout drink/supp, you'll be well over 9000!

    i wouldnt jerk off b4 a workout cuz it releases your testosterone which u need to be an animal in the gym haha, also it takes ur body like a day to replenish ur testosteone levels. doing it after the gym wouldnt affect gains imo b/c your body grows at night and during rest, so u should be all set. hope this helps bro.
