Is there a difference in creatine?

I just wonder, since I don't see much results when taking creatine. I've taken in for 4 weeks, stopped with it for 3 weeks when I was on vacation, and did another 4-week cycle. I use a product with the following:

    Nutrition per 5 grams
    Tri creatine malate 1.0185 gram
Creatine ethyl ester HCl 1.0185 gram
Creatine monohydrate 200 mesh 1.0185 gram
    Creatine phosphate 1.0185 gram
    Cordyceps Sinensis 0.500 gram
Would I see/feel a difference if I, for example, solely take Creatine Monohydrate or something fancy such as Cellmass AVPT?

    Thanks.

Don't just do 4 week cycles, keep taking creatine on a regular basis on both training and non training days. I never cycle off of it....

4 week cycles when dosing at 5 grams per day is like shooting yourself in the foot. Just as soon as you finally reach saturation, you are going off, and letting your levels fall back to baseline (or near it) and then starting all over again. That type of nonsense will never let you achieve the maximum benefits of creatine supplementing.

Go ahead and finish your current product and then you may want to try a regular creatine monohydrate that says creapure on the label. It will almost certainly be cheaper than whatever you are using now and probably will give you the same results.

You forgot to add Creatine Nitrate to the list

Creatine Nitrate offers extended pump and blood circulation for 8 hours, increased nutrient absorption including anything else you take with it. Increased endurance and weight training performance beyond what plain creatine can offer.

Also, Creatine nitrate expels extracellular water for a leaner drier look, so no bloating too!!!
