Whats up guys... Well its been a long road for me. I started at 325lbs and busted ass to get down to 220. A total weight loss of 105lbs. I started workin out the first time and didnt see many gains in building muscle or strength. I wasnt very motivated at the time and very busy. But about a month ago i got back into the gym at 225 and went pretty hardcore. I stayed on a strict diet, protein and supplement diet. Since then im now at 232 and have gained almost 1.5 in in my arms, an inch around my shoulders, an inch on my forearms, lost 2in around my waist an an in in my chest. Im pretty shocked and happy about my gains and just needed to share them.
