    u also need to build your abs

    EDIT: i looked at your picture.. u can see your abs.... if u want them to grow u will need to work them out harder.... also may need to up your cals for the day so they will grow.... take it slow so u do not add to much fat

    Eggs at night

    Yes eat your eggs at night without the yolk cause that's where all the fats in cholesterol come from but yolk also have good benefits as we'll . I just want eat the yolk at night that's just me tho.
