mi trying to eat regular oatmeal for breakfast, to get my carb source in and get some energy for the day, but it tastes kinda boring with just water
is there a way to keep it healthy and make it taste better? what do you guys add to it?

Here are some ideas;
banana, strawberries, blueberries
molly mcbutter
peanut butter
protein powder
a little granola
raisins
almonds
Here's a thought too, I had oatmeal for breakfast every single morning for about 3 years, then one day...I hit a wall! I switched to Cream of Wheat. Have you tried it? It's delicious!Pain Don't Hurt

brown sugar, cinnamon, a couple drops of vanilla extract=profit
peanut butter also helps
Edit: I like to blend it up in a blender with my protein shakes too.U irate that I rep back on recharge?

dark chocolate + 2 packets of sugar substitute + kashi cereal = oh my ****ing god
just had this for post work out dinner
stats go carbs/fat/protein/calories/sugar
also, there are enough posts and threads on this to make a subdivision in the nutrition forums titled : HOW TO MAKE YOUR OATS TASTE BETTER.. along with tuna and the likes. This site has been up and running for a while, and people need to realize they aren't the first ones to think oatmeal is nasty or boring on it's own. Brown sugar! You wouldn't believe how much better it tastes just by adding this. Cheap and tasty.
