    How to make Oatmeal taste better?

    mi trying to eat regular oatmeal for breakfast, to get my carb source in and get some energy for the day, but it tastes kinda boring with just water

    is there a way to keep it healthy and make it taste better? what do you guys add to it?

    Almond milk
    Cranberries
    Almonds
    Raisins
    Whey protein
    splenda
    dark chocolate (obviously the more pure the better)

    Here's a thought too, I had oatmeal for breakfast every single morning for about 3 years, then one day...I hit a wall! I switched to Cream of Wheat. Have you tried it? It's delicious!

    Just think of things you like and put some of them on it. Oatmeal is a blank canvas limited by your imagination. Personally I like a little butter, a little brown sugar, and crushed up or sliced almonds, and milk.

    omg! oats are fabulous! I love to cover in 0 cal spray butter and sprinkle on tru-stevia! You can also add protein powder for flavor!

    1/2 cup oats
    1 or 2 tbsp natty crunchy pb
    1 tbsp apple butter (i like the apple cranberry butter at trader joe's)
    1/2 oz of slivered almonds
    sooo good!
    or sometimes instead of the apple butter i'll put like 20 cals worth of frozen blueberries (like 15-20) with half a packet of splenda
