Sueing Dominos Pizza(srs)

On thursday night I ordered 2 pizza's from domino's. One with olives and pepperoni, the other with jalapenos and pepperoni. My 2 younger brothers both ate the one with olives and I only ate the one with jalapeno's. 30 minutes pass and one of my brothers(hes 19) goes upstairs and starts throwing up. My other brother who is only 10 starts throwing up also. Eventually the 19 year old is in so much pain that me and my dad have to carry him to the car to get him to the hospital. He's in pain horrible pain the entire night even after having 2 injections of morphine and 3 of dilaudin. Eventually they suspect his appendix is the cause and schedule for it to be removed. After removing the appendix the next day he's still in pain and the doctors say the food poisoning is still easing its way through his intestines. Right now hes on antibiotics and pain meds still in the hospital. The pain he was in looked horrible there would be times where his eyes would roll to the back of his head. So now my dad is looking to sue domino's.

maybe it was coincidental. You didn't get sick, and unless every single person who ordered that night also had food poisoning, then i dont know

Hire a damn good lawyer. A huge company like dominos will have an insane team of lawyers.

we still have the box's and I have the receipts with ordering times plus the doctors will probably confirm the pizza through his fecal matter Im hoping.

thats weird that your older bro got way sicker than the really young one. crazy that the olives could have made him that sick, i doubt they really packed them on.

The only people that ate the olives one were my 2 younger brothers. Both threw up and one is hospitalized.

Strong Doctors you got der..There are methods of checking if your appendix burst..one of them is simply not able to hop on one foot. And simple check and feel procedure, your bro is 10, his stomach is not uber muscular so that wouldn't be a problem.

Either ****ty doctors you got der or strong troll..I'd sue the doctors if you can't get Dominoes
