    Conventional Deadlift vs. Sumo Deadlift

What do you guys think is better? Personally I prefer sumo because I find the form easier to get so that I can actually concentrate on my back. However I have done both and get an effective workout from both. Is one of them proved to be more effective than the other?

Sumo involves more of the PC area...it is also tougher on your hips.
