Alright, i was a 5'4" guy. Weighed 125lbs. Really small kid, i know...................I got into lifting because my buddies were lifting and gaining size while i was the little one in the group. I Started to lift JAN 2012 and im still going. Its been 10 months now.
I weighed 125lbs from beginning and now this day i am 148lbs.
Only supplement im taking is SERIOUS MASS and eating a lot. I am gonna change my gainer to something different but haven't figured it out yet.
I lift 4 days a week, the rest are rest days.
My lifting routine was to lift heavy weights with low reps, 3-4 sets each. I am changing it up to less weight and higher reps now.
I did gain strength and a little size.. My goal is to gain size.
I have noticed before i was taking ISO MASS, it had less calories, less sugars, and less carbs, i had great gains with that and No stomach at all. after taking serious mass, it is a great product, but has left me a gut though, it is recommended 2 full scoops, i take only 1 scoop. Any recommendations will be appreciated as well. Great progress, huge gains but have a little stomach, thats it. For some reason i do not want to cut, i want to bulk up more, any ideas will be great, i have researched and found mixed answers and i just want to know peoples opinions on here.

Nice gains, I'm sure if you cut you'd look beastly.
Have you tried working out without supplements? You gained about 20lbs in 10 months, but it looks like its also a lot of fat. I've been working out almost 4 and gained 14lbs but not as much fat, my only sups are multi and fish oil. Either way, nice gains.Bench: 135
Squat: 190
Deadlift: 210

No offence really but it looks like you could have made better gains for your first 10 months. You've gained a little over 20 pounds in 10 months, but gotten much fatter so you're not putting on much muscle at all. A beginner should be able to gain 20-25 pounds of muscle in their first year of lifting but it looks like you've gained like 10 pounds of muscle and 12 pounds of fat. How much protein are you eating? Are you applying enough intensity, (in the subjective sense rather than % of 1RM), in the gym? Enough volume? Hitting each muscle around twice a week?
