    How do I stop binging on weekends?

    Alot of teenagers my age have difficulties eating enough calories... I, on the other hand, can surpass 4-5k easily in a typical Saturday or Sunday. I tried the willpower approach and do not bring any unhealthy foods in my dorm room. All I have is Oatmeal and ON Whey. When I come home on the weekends, I can't stop eating all day. Whether it be granola bars, or whole grain bread with a bit of margarine... the food will not stop going into my mouth. I tried drinking a litre of water before every meal, I tried doubling the servings of vegetables per meal... but in my mind I just want to eat all day.

    Do you think investing in a fat burner/ appetite suppressant could help me control my cravings?

    On weekdays, my diet, calorie intake (2000), and exercise (cardio + weights 5 days a week) are a 9/10.

    Same thing with me...I can easily eat 5k cals+.
    One thing that works for me is planning pretty much everything I'm gonna eat during that day.

    Nothing wrong with binging?? srsly?? Might wanna rephrase that because binging is a serious condition and can lead to bad things both mentally and physically if it get outta control. Now there's nothing wrong with the second part of what you said, it's fine to relax a little and eat what you want on the weekends but not all out binging.

    Seriously?? 5 days a week just on oats and whey. I think this is why you binge when you get home. Try varying your midweek diet. Add in some meats and vary your carb source and you probably wont go so mad at the weekend.
