My foreskin has always been tight. Got the 'jap string' lengthened a year or 2 ago but it's still sorta tight.

When I pull foreskin over the head it sorta gets tight just under the head

Circumcision is a bad idea 99.99% of the time, including when it's done to unconsenting infants.

However, I think there is a few cases where it might be called for because a person has an extreme excess of foreskin, or extremely tight foreskin.

Case in point: I know a guy (whose dick I have seen, no homo) who has a really phucking bizarre foreskin and a similar problem to what you describe; he just has too much foreskin which is really tight and covers his entire penis, even the head, when he has an erection. He can't even pull the skin back to expose the head. The dude needs a circumcision IMO.

there really isnt muuch difference im getting one because i converted to judaism and its a must to be circumcised. the biggest is odor guys with circumcised penis generally have a cleaner smell down there or so im told. however it is said that guys with forskins are more sensetive and thereby have more stimulating sexual experience. but once i get my excess skin cut off i will know for sure

its also important to add that on the 8th day of birth when most Jews circumsize their son is when a boys body produces the highest level of a strand of protien that heals the skin quickly. adult circumcision can be iritating for a few weeks. the one guy i know who had it done kept scraching himself for a while

The statistics didn't actually come out of my rectum; it's a pretty well-known fact that an estimated 85% of men in the world today are uncircumcised. In most countries around the world, circumcision is either totally non-existant or very low.

From Wikipedia: In 2005, about 56 percent of male newborns were circumcised prior to release from the hospital according to statistics from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.
