Englutarade and the end of smokinfool's lazy muscle syndrome

My workout is a four day breakdown....
Day 1 Shoulder/Traps
Day 2 Chest/Tri's
Day 3 Back/Bi's
Day 4 legs
I will occasionally throw in a 5th day for clean up. I am looking forward to Englutarade fruit punch flavor and the end of lazy muscles.
Dosage will be 1 scoop pre and then 1 scoop post immediately following my workout.

I woke up and ripped open my bottle of ENGLUTARADE....much to my surprise of a yellow colored powder, the color reminded me of a Dijon mustard. My first impression was WTF am I going to ingest. Anyway 1 mixed scoop and about 10 oz of water and it turned fruit punch red and I felt a whole lot better about it. It mixed pretty well and the flavor was ok.

My workout partner was running late today and his 10 mins tardy cost me some work. My time in the gym is all very valuable and very timed as I need to leave by a certain time to get home and get the kids ready for school. Anyway here's what we got done today and I may go in tomorrow and finish up tri's..depending on DOMS.

Although my work load today was pretty weak, my chest. shoulder and Traps look full and solid. Probably to early to tell but recovery and Doms were non-exsistant. That tells me one of 2 things.... 1. this product rocks....or 2. I need to put more work in on my shoulder day.

I agree with you both! It seems a bit to early to feel the affects of it....My traps are a little sore though... Either way this is going to be a sweet run

Great work with those 10 rep squats man. Not an easy feat to go high rep with squats. Wait til you have bullnox flowin through you, my workouts are never the same without it. Blue Razz is my number 1 but all flavors are seriously SPOT ON. Keep it up bro
