    Smile quick animal pump question

    i just got a can of animal pump, i dont wanna hear how i shouldnt have it or what it could do. my question is would it be a waste to use it on days i dont do as much as other days like leg days for example or cardio days etc. also i have about 6 days worth of test booster left, should i take it with animal pump or no? would it give more results?

    Your leg day should be one of your most intense.

    Animal Pump is a good product but I built a tolerance way too quickly. Just take it every time you train, don't take it on the off days like the can says.
