I'm small 5ft and weigh around 70 pounds. I read that you should eat 1 gram of protein per pound is that true? And how can I get that much? I heard that PB&J and milk as plently. I have read the sticky on teenage diet but I don't think I can get any of those.

To be honest I didn't used to eat that much and I can see why I am so small but but my brother who is two years younger to me eats about the same and is bigger than me, I guess its just genes. Since I decided to bulk my dies goes:
8:00: PB&J, glass of milk
11:00: School meal
13:30: 2 Cup of Jelly
15:30: Sandwhich/Snack, glass of milk
18:00: Pasta/Rice, you can see where I am coming from
21:00: PB&J, glass of milk
Repeat

Don't listen to anyone that's saying eat anything in sight. If you do that, that's simply not healthy for you, you'll gain too much weight, too quickly, and all of it being fat.
Good sources of protein:
chicken, milk, eggs, grains, turkey, beef, cheese
I suggest you look into a mass gainer, if not, whey protein.
Carb it up, 2g per lb, 140g carb per day. Look into brown rice, grains, wheat, vegetables. Make your calories clean.
Load up on Monounsaturated, and polyunsaturated fats.
5-6 tbsp of oil per day
nuts are also good source.

Go research. EVERYTHING. Research, diet, lifting and everything about bodybuilding. Reading your posts you have no idea what your doing, which is fine, but don't start trying to set up a diet when you don't even know how to lift weights. Look at the supersite on here and read teen bodybuilding articles, when i started i think i read almost every teen bodybuilding article on the site then went through the muscle group articles and read about 10 from each one. For you research is key in getting bigger. EAT. A LOT. best of luck OP

ah man.. 70lb?! milk had 8g protein per cup while peanut butter has 7g protein per 2 tablespoons. Yes for a bodybuilder you should have 1-2g protein per pound you weigh each day. You should go to the store and buy a tub of natural peanut butter and a gallon of whole milk and slam on both of them
