So I started this cut about 3 weeks ago and decided to start this log today. I still have a long way to go!

the entire time, and as far as diets go I'm loving how easy it is to stick with. I'm basically never hungry and carb cravings are very seldom and easy to resist.
My starting weight was 208lbs at around 16% BF. As of yesterday I am down to 200lbs. I have been fluctuating between 196-203 for the last week and a half.
I think I have been adding some LBM because my weight hasnt been steadily decreasing, just going up and down, but I can tell from day to day I'm losing fat.
I am going to cut my cals tomorrow, ive been around 2650, and see if that helps the fat drop a little faster. I have been eating 206 grams/fat and 180 grams/protein a day.
I will be cutting the fat down to 180 grams.
I lift 5-6 days a week, and do cardio twice a day most days.

Strength has stayed pretty much the same, but I definitely have lost a lot of endurance.

I just finished up testing Superpump Max and loved it. I am waiting on 2 other pwos to arrive that I will be testing as well. ATM I am just using random samples to hold me over.
Heres a pic taken 2 days ago. No clue what BF is since Keto makes the electronic tester at the gym useless, but I would guess around 14%. I know some of you guys are good at guessing so comments would be great.
I am cutting to 6% for a few reasons. I am about 3 months away from graduating from film school and the goal is to act when I get out. I have done a few things already and obviously the better shape I'm in the more doors will open.
I am also interested in fitness modeling so thats the secondary goal.

Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

DAY 2
WEIGHT-201 lbs.
STOMACH-36 in.
I am surprised my stomach stayed the same, it looked a little down from yesterday but w/e lol. Yesterday was mr re-carb so thats prob why my weight os up a lb as well. Either way I looked better in the mirror this morning.
Today was Back and Quads at the gym and the workout was awesome! My random PWO sample for today was WHITE FLOOD and I think I really liked it. I didnt "feel" energy from it but man, my lifts were up and my intensity was nuts! The taste was like, 3/10 but thats no biggie.
I ended with 25 mins of cardio, 10 mins high incline 3mph walk on the treadmill, then 15 mins moderate intensity on the elliptical.
I also just added OPTIMUM BCAA 5000 POWDER to my supp. regime tonight. Ile start taking more soon when I stock up a bit but as of today I just mixed 1 5g scoop with my Amino Energy to sip throughout my workout and then took a scoop and a half when I got home. The taste is almost un-noticeable, but you can definitely tell its there, but its not bad.
My workout partner has been lazy lately and has been skipping workouts so I dont have any pics like I usually include in my logs, but hopefully I will start getting some in here soon. Ile take another progress pic at least tomorrow.
O I did find an amazing recipe for KETO friendly pizza in the keto section today!! I highly recommend you all try it, even if youre not on this diet. It sounds strange but its amazing.

DAY 3

WEIGHT-197 lbs.
So today at the gym was garbage strength wise. Did chest/bis and some lifts were down as much as 10lbs from last week. But I definitely see am seeing fat fall off everyday so ile take the hit lol.
I have been fluctuating between 197-203 for the last 2 weeks so we will see if I hold at 197 and keep going down, but if I stay at this weight the entire time thats cool with me because somehow I'm gaining muscle.
Diet is still great, CKD is so freaking easy to stick to. I had 2 of the cauliflower crust pizzas today haha. Seriously everyone needs to try them, there freakin amazing.
Heres a progress pic from tonight.
I can definitely tell my abs are coming in more.
The random PWO sample today was 1MR. My energy at the gym was good but nothing like yesterday. Taste was 4/10. I could feel it for sure but nothing too special really, I have a few more samples ile give another try though.
Tomorrow-next monday are gonna be crappy because I have 6 12 hour days in a row shooting a movie. I doubt I will get in the gym much, if at all until tuesday but we will see. I wont be slacking at all on the diet though so the progress should still be pretty steady. Ile still be keeping the log up to date as much as I can.Ya, I blog.

No gym today, but my schedule is a little more lax this week than I thought so I will be able to make it a few times.
STOMACH-35.5 in.
Didnt get to weight myself but lost .5 in on my stomach! Not much else to update lol, but diets goin strong.Ya, I blog.

Still looking leaner every morning, even though I'm back over 200 today lol.
Squeezed legs in today, but didnt go any cardio since I was on my feet all day with pre-pro for my movie shoot the next 5 days.
Had a great workout but energy levels were badddd.
The random PWO today was 1MR again to give it another chance, and I still am not a fan. Taste is extremely chemically tasting, and I really dont feel anything from it.Ya, I blog.
