basically you bulk hard for 2 weeks straight, then cut for 2 weeks straight, and repeat that indefinitely
the logic behind the diet being to maximize muscle gain and minimize fat deposition
anyone here do this?
thoughts? results?
keep in mind that this is not exactly "carb cycling" it's slightly different

I feel like it takes a while for my body to gain traction when going into a caloric surplus with the intention to build muscle.
I believe Layne Norton advocates a 4-2 approach in dieted down individuals though.PRs - Sq / B / D / Total
