    The BEST Abs and Chest workout routine

    Been using this for 3 months , pure 8 pack !

    Pretty basic imo. This is what Im doing for chest atm, one of my favorite routines for sure.

    Flat DB Press 3 sets 6-10 reps
    Incline DB Press 3 sets 6-10 reps
    Pec Deck 3 sets 6-10 reps
    Pushups (clinched fists) 3 sets

    I changed mine up

    I do Barbell Bench Press 4-5 Sets

    2 Sets Regular Pushups
    2 Sets Diamond Pushups
    2 Sets Decline Pushups
    2 Sets Bomber Pushups (Stole from P90x)
    3 Sets Dumbell Flys

    You should stick with this one for at least a month before changing it up. You want to be able to get the full benefits of the routine without being able to adapt to it.

    +1. Found this old post a little while back and been doing it for past month or so.

    Basic or not... its the most effective chest/abs routine i've used.
