    Need help with my body fat percentage and advice.

    Title says it all. I was fat as a kid and when I got into college I decided to lose weight. So far so good. The only problem is, I really do not know whether to cut or bulk. What do you guys think? Help will be greatly appreciated.

    Man you just need to lift. Have you even started to lift yet? Lifting takes a lot of energy and you're gonna be burning fat whilst doing it too so that's a solution to losing more fat. You can then worry about bulking afterward but at the moment it seems like you've not lifted.

    I guess I need to pump up the iron. I've been going to gym for about 3 months. I've seen some changes. Thanks for the opinion adstrex. Much appreciated.
