You can't CLEAN your hair with oil. The whole purpose here is to clean your hair, you can condition with olive oil aftewards.

I use regular shampoo , only once a week. Stuff is very damaging and cause hair loss. I also stopped using conditioners and switched to natural oil bathes. Hair growed again and now much better.

Will read about baking soda , but I 100% agree with OP that regular shampoos are very damaging.

Just tried this out today, and it feelsgoodman.

If feels weird when you rinse and when your hair's all dried it doesn't feel all that different, but at the end of the day you definitely can feel some difference.

Just tried it, tried to put bacon soda on my hands and then wet it but it instantly ran off my hands. Hair feels the same as if I just ran water through it, but it feels a lil fresh (placenta?), scalp feels good.
