If she was working there when you, and her met then you can't ask her to quit. She was working there before you in that instance. I think though if she just got the job there, and you, and her have been dating awhile. That she should consider your thoughts on why she should leave. Are you having relationship problems? No trust?

In all honesty, I don't think I would get in a serious relationship with a hooters girl so I can't relate to your situation. I would have probably been prejudiced from the beginning and thought at best "attention whore and drama lies here" and at worst "slut" and neither of those are people I want in the long term broski.
