Wat up I'm 5'9 I used to weigh in at 302(HUGE) I'm down to 220 and I've completely platuoed(idk how to spell it but u should get wat I mean) and I want to drop another 40 pounds and be down to 180 Ripped.. I did a lot of cardio and prettymuch starved myself and drinked a lot of water..and diid P90X(woulld reccomend this to everybody thiz **** works)..but I've been at 220 for a month and a half and I want to get more lean and a majority of the body fat I have.. I lost the first 80 lbz in about 5 months and eversince the first big drop in weight I can't seem to lose anymore.. I just ordered ON 100% whey protein and some OxyElite Pro.. has anyone tried the oxy elite stuff? And does anyone have any other recommendations? I train Boxin everyday and its a workout but I want to drop weight before I start learnin Judo and Ju-Jitzu..
