I think I may grab one tub of each and compare but I was just wondering what the general consensus was regarding this choice.

I love ASGT. I also love Assault. It's really a toss and up and depends on what you want.
The main thing about AGST is the adaptogen complex and test/estrogen optimizors... something different than any other PWOMisc jawbrah appreciation crew

Both great products that can produce great results but ASGT is the cheaper. and more cost effective of the two. Also, you could always opt for the one you don't choose this go around, next time.

I would have to go ASSAULT a 1/2 has jacked up ready for the gym so thats 40 serving a container, alot of bang for the buck. 4 grams of beta-alanine per serving is very nice as well.

I would really like to try Assault. I have heard good things about it. I have only tried ASGT and it has beat any other pre workout I have tried.

Haven't tried ASGT.
Assualt, however, gives me great workouts. I take one scoop and it give great pumps and energy. Easily the best tasting supplement I've ever tried as well, tastes like jolly ranchers (raspberry lemonade flavor, haven't tried blue arctic raspberry. . .yet
).

assault is on my list of pres to try, if I ever get tired of ASGT that is.. thats what lovely about it, you constantly see people on their 3rd or 4th tub who are still in love.

I could not hack the flavor of the LG AS
the Assult was pretty good but seemed to fade away after some time as far as effects went.

I started using Assault now and its solid. Taste/mixability is definitely at the very top, with super pump MAX

SPMax is what I'm giving a shot to right now... pretty off the hook so far and its been a week. I like ASGT a lot, too, and the focus/agression seems a little higher with it but the Max is great for pump, energy and endurance.
