    AKG Creatine or Micronized creatine/monohydrate creatine

    Hi guys, I was wondering what your guys thoughts were on AKG creatine. I was debating between nutrabio's AKG creatine or Optimum nutritions micronized creatine. Ive been on creatine monohydrate, a different brand and got really bloated in the stomach which is something I don't want to happen again. Any thoughts ?
