I want to thank the guys over at p28 Bread for send me a loaf of this stuff to eat and review. Thanks a lot guys for your generosity. Here are some pictures first.
My Preworkout meal for yesterday
So I never reviewed bread but i'll try my best to do so.
My wife actually was the one who wanted to taste the bread for the first time so being the gentlemen I am I let her have the end part, you know the first slice that covers the rest of the bread that no one eats lol. The first words out her mouth was "whoa this bread looks so healthy". She took a bite and said man this is good bread. I knew she wasn't bullsh!tting cause she is a picky eater.
Texture: Now I took a bite out my wife's piece she was eatng. The texture was different then most bread i've had. It had more of a chewiness to it that I actually liked. The bread had this clean look to it. I don't really know how to best describe it but it just looked natural and hearty.
Taste: Now I took a bite of it un-toasted and used 4 slices for my preworkout meal as shown above toasted. The taste of the bread is very good both dry and toasted. I like how natural it taste. You can tell your eating something that's freshly baked and uses only natural ingredients. I eat a lot of Daves killer bread and to me that bread is just grub. I would put this one on top with Daves killer bread. Having it toasted tasted great. Nice texture to it still and having it slightly crunchier made it that much better. It also has a nice light flavor to it but def fills you up Overall this is a great tasting bread that'll satisfy all bread lovers.
Profile: Looking at the profile it is very impressive especially for bread.
-28 grams of whey isolate for 2 slices, 14g for one slice
-For all you low carbers it has 12g of carbs per slice
-3.5g of fat per slice
-2g of fiber per slice
-100% whole wheat made with oat, flax seed, sunflower see and millet.
-Contains Omega 3's
This is really great for preworkout nutrition and or Post workout nutrition or any other time during the day. You get 28 grams of protein for two slices and 24g of carbs with two slices(of course for the carb lovers you can have more slices like myself )
Price: P28 includes a nice breakdown for the price you get for this bread vs your store bought breads.
-Price $6.73= 210g of total protein @ .03 cents per gram. This isn't rocket science. 210g of protein @ .03 cents per gram that's a winner to me and such a great convenient way to get your protein for the day.
It's only the second day of having P28 bread and i'm halfway through the loaf I like it that much lol. Thanks again for sending me a Loaf of this to try out. I'll def be buying more here pretty soon.

Good question. I didn't see the superstore sells it only in 4 packs. I was just going off the info that was provided with the bread. One loaf I believe is 15 servings. Looking online at other e-retailers it looks liek the price is around $6.00 for a single loaf of 15 slices.

Just posting an update. I'm down to my last two slices and i'm depressed I just grubbed on a P&B banana sandwhich and man it was heaven on every bite. I wish they sold this bread at like a Whole Foods or something cause I'd buy the entire stock. Great job on this bread.

Hey bro! You will receive 4 loaves of P28 bread in your case from BodyBuilding.com. This price you see includes shipping. So for $28.95 you receive 4 loaves of P28 bread shipped right to your doorstep! This equates to approx. 60 slices of bread.
The bread lasts 12-14 days at room temp. However, you can freeze the loaves you don't use and they will last up to 6 months! And as soon as you take them out to thaw, they taste just as fresh as the day you put them in!
If you guys have any more questions please feel free to ask me any time!P28 Foods
