    is this safe for a first time ph stack?

    want to start my first ever ph stack in Feb. I'm 27 and been training for 4 years. The strongest thing I have ever taken is creatine but I'm looking to step it up.

    I've done a great deal of research and this is what I have come up with based on my goals.

    Hdrol-50\75\75\75\75\75
    Furuza-300\300\300\300\300\300

    -I will be running cycle assist, liv. 52 and my staples during cycle

    -I will have nolva (20\20\10\10) and activate xtreme (0\0\4\4\4\4) for pct

    what do you think? mainly want to know if this is safe for a first timer...

    I'd add in Forma Stanzol as a standby aromotose inhibitor incase you see signs of gyno during cycle and use the rest during PCT.

    I am not at all familiar with Furuza... either way for a first timer run h-drol solo and pre load your assist supps for 2 weeks... pct looks good

    that was my original plan but I heard so many good things about furuza I thought i would put it in since it is non-methyl.

    In my opinion you should see how your body reacts to the H-drol solo. If you start in the PH world stacking different compounds you are not going to know which one works for you. Be nice to your body you only have one.. good luck with whatever you decide to do

    I've never run a PH but my advice is re-ask this on tunedsports.c o m, those guys are known for being some of the PH gods.

    I know H-drol is a good beginner PH and you seem to have a good dosing although some say that doing 5 weeks instead of 6 is better off. If you just cut off one week of 75mg and keep the rest the same I think you will be fine that way. From what I have read the 6th week doesn't really do anything as far as results go and that pushing much past 5 can cause more side effects. With that said I feel its just a personal opionion on how you really want to run it.

    I havn't really read much into Furuza but I have seen a few threads of people stacking the 2 together. I'd just play it by ear and continue to reasearch the stack and see what other have said. You could try anabolicminds forums too they have a lot of good info there.

    I'm currently into week 2 of my H-drol cycle and I'm running it the same as you 50/75/75/75/75 just 5 weeks instead. Been feeling really good so far and the pump I've felt the last couple of workouts have been amazing. Weeks 3 and 4 are supposed to be the best for gains so I'm ready to get there

    I gained around 15lbs on h-drol and 12-13 of which stuck. Just don't get crappy with your diet during PCT. I had some unwanted fat gain because of it. However h-drol is awesome with little sides. Just do 4-5 weeks. Anything over that is overkill, I felt really bad in my 5th or 6th week and went to PCT. Here's my sides...

    Lower than usual sex drive.
    Hair shedding in the later weeks.
    Lethargy.

    The last two can be avoided by not using it too long as they happened near the end.

    run h drol solo and pick up some atd (ai)...keep the liver support and pct...u may want to add tbol or bioforge as a test booster post cycle too

    i would recomend you break your cherry at 4 weeks at 50/50/50/50 less is more the first time out.

    I run Hdrol solo if I were you, you may really love it. There is no reason to stack, thats for experienced users.

    You may want to consider a cortisol supplement and start that about day 10 or 14 in your pct.

    Also, if I were you I would start taking Hawthorn Berries 2 weeks before you start the cycle, and all the way though PCT (unless your products have it, but important to start prior to cycle) to help protect you from blood pressure issues. Its important to start before the cycle, as HB can actually initially raise BP.

    Dont worry too much about stacking....but there is nothing wrong with doing research.

    If I were you I would run Hdrol....and then consider another compound such as epi.

    Dont run more than 2 cycles a year, you have plenty and plenty of time.
