    You cannot spot reduce fat. It does not work that way. You need to reduce your overall body fat %.

    Males generally have issues dropping fat off the midsection (gut). If you have a good diet and do a lot of cardio, you should see the fat in your chest area start to go down, as well as your arms and your legs. Fat around the gut is going to be the last to go, as well as the hardest to get rid of.

    Workout your whole body and eat right. Like previous posters said...you can't spot reduce fat. you have to decrease your overall bf%. you will actually lose a lot of fat by just lifting and eating right, but intense cardio is a good way to get rid of those extra calories.
